Price and Availability
Holiday lettings from April to October are for a complete week beginning and ending on the Friday. In the winter period, November through to March, weekly or shorter lettings (3 to 5 nights) beginning on a Friday are available upon request.
Prices and current availabity dates to December 2024 are listed below. Please ask for any later dates.
We recommend that all intending guests make contingency arrangements (such as insurance) if for any reason they are unable to use the week(s) they have booked.

Regrettably we do not accommodate the following:
Children under 10 years
Smoking or vaping in the property
Pets.
Details of our policy on cancellation are given in "Conditions Of Tenure", but any deposit made is non-refundable. Cancellation insurance is recommended.
The property is available from 3pm on the start day and must be vacated by 10 am on the final day.
An Electric Vehicle charging point is available at the front of the property. Please indicate if required when booking. You will need to supply your own type two cable.
